Now, I totally agree with your answer to the question:

I myself never write to criticise. If I'm disappointed there is no point wasting people's time. Blog Hoppers want to know the reasons why they should visit a restaurant or why the should try a particular ingredient.
In Japan, restaurants usually do not argue with bloggers, but in France, my native country (I'm from Butgundy) it is open war!
Blogs are here for communication and friendship.
What better way to get to know people through the enjoyment of good food, good drink and good enjoyment!

You really should write a review for bad restaurants, it may save people from wasting their money and it may also help an owner to improve. I am sorry but it really is a disservice to only include the "good".
