Season's Restaurant at Highland Lake Inn will celebrate the bounty of the season by offering a special Olde World Medieval Feast Brunch Buffet. The buffet will be held Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and will feature a variety of savory foods fit for royalty.
Highland Lake Inn's Medieval feasts are known for featuring aromatic and flavorful foods in very generous portions. They offer ornately decorated buffets, music and juggling through out the day.
Season's Olde World Medieval Fest Brunch Buffet will feature soups, salads, meats, vegetables and dessert items indicative of the Middle Ages. Among the featured selections in the authentic entree Juniper Berry, Clove, and Brown Sugar Brined Whole Suckling Pig and Crown Roast of Pork with Dried Fruit and Cornbread Stuffing Picked to Order with Fresh Fig Conserve.
