The Fletcher House - Menu Updates

What do The Fletcher House and Guy Fieri's Food Network show, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives have in common? Recipes!

Fletcher House co-owner Chuck is a fan and has been testing recipes for some of the dishes featured on the show.

Testing must be over, because Chuck has just announced new Breakfast and Lunch menus. The Dinner menu has also seen its share of tweaking as Chuck and Fletcher House cooks try new entrees, such as Salmon Fettuccine.

One of my favorite new dishes is the Mac and Cheese side. They cook it when it's ordered (not ahead of time) right in the serving dish. You are presented with a lovely golden, crunchy/chewy crust on top, covering a multi-cheese, creamy mix of macaroni underneath. Not low-cal, but Yum!

If you haven't been in a while, take a look at the menus. Some items from the original menus are still there, but some new gems are mixed in. Prices are still very reasonable. And, they've added free Wi-Fi.
