The Back Room at Flat Rock Wine Shoppe is hosting an Italian Wine Dinner at 6:00PM on Tuesday, October 27th.
Menu:
1st: Prosciutto wrapped grilled apples
2nd: Seafood, fennel and carrot stew
3rd: Goat cheese raviloi with garlic sage butter
4th: Veal Bracide: Braised stuffed veal slow cooked in sweet tomato sauce
Still working on dessert.
Each course will be paired with a wonderful Italian wine.
Cost: $50 (plus tax and gratuity) per person.
